Here is a plugin I'd like to see: In multi-layer parts, the position of rests is still a problem and cannot really be solved properly by the layer options alone. It woul help a lot if there was a plugin that would position rests accordingly, at least for layers 1 and 2. It should have the following options: a) distance of rest from note in other layer this should move rests to the position which is away from this number of spaces from the note in the other layer. Layer 1 rests should move up, layer 2 rests down. b) position of rests when rests are in both layers. Actually, perhaps this isn't necessary, if one sets this position in the layer options.
