There is such a group at Yahoogroups, called EngravingMusic, but it is a very dead group. There are 184 members but there have been only 8 posts in September. The last post was on September 16 and it was one of those spams with Check This Out! or New Website Here subjects and sent by somebody with an e-mail name that looks like he/she is from a Superman comic book from the 60s.
You might join the group and post your question and see what happens. I have been a member for a couple of weeks just to see what sort of activity happens and haven't received a single post about engraving issues.
