God, no.  I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I suspect this person 
didn't know what they were doing.  Entering chords as lyrics is simply 
idiotic.  There are nothing but disadvantages to this approach.  The only 
possible explanation is that the person didn't know how to adjust chord 
baselines. <<

I have come to a comparable conclusion.  He does things inconsistently from 
song to song, and I have NO idea how he has handled lyrics in certain 
places.  I don't seem to be able to edit them on any layer or any verse.  I 
don't think this is all going to be done today...
