Well, there was a time, yes, when he didn't. But he responded to the 
complaints and since that time has been very good, in my opinion, 
about being sure there was *some* attribution to the quotations.

I don't see any point whatsoever in bringing up old history, to be 
honest. The reality is that in the last 6 months or so, he's made the 
effort to be sure attributions were included.
