Is it possible to speed-enter one voice on two staves (each with a different clef)?

Do you mean using Speedy Entry so that the notes you enter appear on two staves instead of one? I don't know of any one-step process for this, but once you have entered it on one staff, you can drag the phrase or the entire staff to another staff using Mass Mover, and it will automatically go into the clef of the staff that you drag it to, even if it the target staff is in a different transposition.
Is this what you mean?
