Someone has sent me a miniature CD with a music file for me to turn into an

player, which does not stick out a drawer but just sucks the CDs in. This
is NOT a Sony mini-disc, just a small CD-R.

Can anyone tell me whether it's safe to insert it into the Titanium?
NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Nonstandard-sized CDs (including CD singles and those credit-card sized CD-ROMs) WILL cause serious damage to slot-loading drive, such as the one in your TiBook. Get someone with a tray-loading drive to extract the audio and burn it to a standard-sized CD.
