There is a big difference between the visual and the playback -- Coda is
(Bright that you most likely have to put the pedal marks on each staff if
(Byou want their playback effect (either that or you have to have more
(Bthan one staff set to the same instrument and channel).
(B
(BI am not quite sure what you are asking about with the different midi
(Bchannel and panning question? What sort of workaround are you looking
(Bfor? You can create expressions and define their playback options to
(Bassign panning, and then place them on the different staves as you want
(Bthe panning to change. You can do the same with channel assignments as
(Bwell. You can assign expressions either as note-expressions which will
(Baffect only the staff you assign them to, or as measure-expressions
(Bwhich will affect all the staves, or you can assign measure-expressions
(Bto staff groups which you have defined.
