I would definitely say that Finale2003 (I use the windows version) is definitely a worthwhile upgrade from 2000. There have been many little improvements that make it worthwhile, in my opinion.
I know that many have stated they don't think it was a worthwhile upgrade from 2002, but taken as a whole, the improvements since 2000 make it time for you to upgrade.
