Today I receive an Error Message when I opened one of my Finale files: "Music XML.ActiveX initialization error. The Product may need to be reinstalled." I called the Finale Help number and was told I had to install a new version of Dolet Light (XML). Well, it didn't work. I did uninstall the old version, but the new one would not download. The Finale guy said I had to contact the people who made the Dolet Light plugin. He gave me their e-mail address.
Now, without any Dolet Light plugin, I can download my Finale files. Can I just leave it off? What is it supposed to do anyway? All of this is beyond my technological intelligence!
