Right -- I meant *portable* MiniDisc recorder. Do you happen to know if there are any of those with digital out?


Also, Richard, I'm curious -- what do you use the deck for? I always thought the main appeal of MiniDisc recorders is their small size and portability (and of course, low cost relative to other portable recording options). What is the advantage of using a full-size MiniDisc deck, versus a similar-sized DAT deck, or making a hard drive recording?
