Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I am. If you go into the Page Layout thing and select the system, press delete and the following optimizations will still be correct. You can only wipe out entire systems this way, but it sure beats the alternative. > Also, it would be quite useful to be able to apply Staff System Spacing to > only selected staves in any system. It's very annoying to have to re-drag everything when you only wanted some certain systems re-spaced. I _really_ hope that you've also discovered the Staff Manager in TGTools. For anything to do with moving around staves and optimizing etc., it's unbelievably great. > Another issue Išve been rankling about for years is the Text Expression > dialog box. On the Windows side of things they fit much more into both the Text Expression and Articulation selection dialog boxes. You should use the sort expressions feature of TGTools which can sort according to name, font, font style, font size etc. Very handy. Just make sure that you use the latest version of TGTools and make sure that you update layout before applying it. I had one nasty situation a couple of years ago when it re-assigned different expressions throughout the entire piece. Tobias fixed this bug quick-smart, though.
