Just curious, how did you create the *.pdf file without Acro Distiller?
I didn't. That's done by the Sibelius guy at his end. And apropos of someone else's comment, he says he can't make a single part file starting from multiple score files, so I strongly doubt he can set up a pdf in booklet order.
