I have given some cursory view to the unicode website; I found about a dozen or so musical characters included in the unicode standard, but a large number of others that have not been considered for inclusion in the standard. Music typefaces are quite specialized; in the days of handset music, a typesetter needed about three times the number of characters of type to typeset the music as he needed to print text, so it may be that the most expedient course of action is simply to honor the unicode standard in the breach. ns _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
