Again, I used Finales Chord Suffixes. - Parentheses, Flats and Sharps are from the Maestro Music Font, Numbers and Letters are form Ariel or Times text font. So you have at least to ask two times in Chord menu>Change Chord Suffix Fonts if you want to change the size, one for each font. If you have different sizes in the text font, you have to ask for each size you want to change. You can also change the size in the Chord Suffix Editor, and you have to open this dialog one time to see what size you want to change. Now, if you think there are another way to change the size of all the Chord Suffixes, please let me know.

Here's one more shot in the dark: Did you use the use the m7(b5) (and other suffix's) that were provided by Finale, or did you make your own? I used the ones provided by Finale.
