Earlier this week I used "Change Chord Suffix" in the Chord Menu to change the chord suffix fonts in several pages of music and it worked just fine. (There were some pretty long suffix's on some of the chords, too!) Are you talking about something different than this? If not, I wonder why it worked for me and not for you? I am on a Mac with Finale 2003a.
You're right, Chord Menu>"Change Chord Suffix" will change the global size of most Suffix. Some suffix like Cm7(b5), m7 will be changed but (b5) will not. I think that was the question from the first.
