[Finale] Odd bottom-of-page margin?

Hi, Finale mavens: In Win XP, Fin2k3, and an HP 1200 Laser Jet, I am getting the following.  I've set up several blank templates; grand staff, empty staves, etc. in various .mus files so as to use as manuscript paper when away from the computer.  I adjust the page layout on screen so that the margins at the top and bottom of the page are the same (1"), with all systems or staves spaced evenly.  However, when I print it (at 2-up / landscape), the margin at the bottom is almost double that of the top.  I've tried the "ignore printer margins" option in the Print dialog box; no difference.   Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
