The code entry does NOT give you a greater discount -- the price is $89.95, with or without that code. It was an error in the form processing that made it appear that the coupon gave you a deeper discount -- those who think they are getting the upgrade for $39.95 are being notified they are still being billed $89.95 (at least that's what the makemusic customer service rep on the phone told me.)
