And to be doubly clear, are we agreed that "portrait" means taller than wide, and "landscape" means wider than tall? It always has in print drivers I've used, but again--we're being doubly clear.
I agree with Blue that it still is not clear as to whether the references to rotation have meant: a monitor (like the old Radius line) built to be able to physically swivel, and usually coming with software that alters the image accordingly a fixed-configuration monitor which one lays on its side (maybe this is something a flat panel owner can consider but that's about it...mine is DANG big and heavy) a fixed-configuration monitor in portrait mode (taller than wide) And really, though with deepest respect for the one who made it, the "you haven't tried it" remark just wasn't necessary. How would anyone know what to try or whether one's monitor could do it unless one knew exactly what was meant? For example, I'm on Mac and have a Mitsubishi 21" monitor (not flat panel) capable of up to 1024 X 768 rez. Does it apply to me? If someone could just start at the beginning and provide an explanation as to what is meant by the rotation references that would be helpful. --Richard _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
