If your ISP doesn't provide its own webmail interface, you can use Web2Mail.com, which is a free webmail interface. It used to be that you didn't have to sign up, you just put in your POP settings and it would connect, but they've now changed it. I don't use it, as my ISP has a very fine webmail interface of its own, but I do have clients who use it on a regular basis when travelling, and have been very happy with it (this is before the recent change to require registration, though). -- David W.
