You still haven't asked for anything specific:
Do you want:
1) an arranging advisor;
2) a finale-guru to answer questions on using the program;
3) a professional engraver to assist you in producing professional-quality output;
4) a good-time buddy to say "Hey, that looks cool!"
5) a self-publisher to show you how to market your editions;
6) a professional engraver to help you get professional engraving work;
From your post it sounds like you have no clue what you are asking for, so I don't quite see that you can expect us to know what you want/need/could use.
Perhaps refining your request might generate some more concrete suggestions or offers.
