I haven't run into this behavior yet. But I will keep this message so I can let you know if it starts happening to me.

What happens if you go back into that measure in speedy and without changing anything, exit again. Does it remain an octave low or does it jump back to where it was?

How annoying!

I wonder if anybody else has noticed this untoward behavior under F2004. I'm working on a score about 200 measures and 18 staves -- a pretty big score. I am touching up notes here and there using speedy tool. Occasionally (about 1 time in 20) after I edit a measure, the whole measure is kicked to a different octave -- usually one octave lower than it was.

I haven't been able to reproduce the behavior, but it has happened to me at least a dozen times. And it is particularly annoying because it is happening during final edit, and I may not notice the shift because it happens after I leave the measure.

I did a bunch of editing on this score with "display in concert pitch" and I don't recall this ever happening. It seems as if the problem developed when I began my final edits in "instrument pitch".

Anybody else experiencing this bug?
Craig
