Try Mass Edit | Change | Articulation Assignments. Check the second radio button (Position Selected Articulation) and enter 33, and then check Change All Articulations and enter 34. I think you might also want to change the bottom combo box to Add to Current Position, to keep any repositioning you've done.
I know this dialog box looks a little funny, but this should do what you want.
