I have passed the 150,000 copy stage and now have a constant message prompting me to 'perform printer maintenance'.
Can anyone enlighten me on the following please:
Is it worth getting this done? The printer is performing well and occasionally glitches on duplexing tasks which a clean of the rollers seems to remedy.
How much does it cost? I have tried various HP web sites and although I've located the kit part number there never seems to be a price displayed.
Has anyone had this maintenance performed or is it simpler to buy the DIY kit and are they a satisfied customer?
How can I get rid of that now annoying reminder message?
