Some of you may have noticed that a guy named Glenn Plank has been liquidating his stock of showroom demo units of the Ricoh AP2610 on eBay. I just wanted to put in a good word for him -- I ordered mine from him and it arrived in pristine condition, like new. I also ordered the duplex unit for this printer from him, which turned out to be defective. When I told him, he shipped me a new one right away, free of charge, no questions asked -- along with a prepaid UPS shipping label so I could return the defective duplex unit at no cost to me!
Sometimes people are wary about bidding on items on eBay -- you never know what you're going to get. But Glenn Plank is a standup guy in my book, so I just thought I'd put in a good word for him here. If you're looking at trying to pick up a Ricoh AP2610, he's the guy to get it from.
