If you don't have a lightweight optical mouse, I highly recommend getting one. They are much easier on the hand and wrist than a conventional mouse. I have the Logitech optical mouse w/scroll wheel, and a Kensington mousepad with gel wrist support, and this has made a huge difference. I no longer have any problems with my mousing hand.
I hear trackballs are also good, but I could never get the hang of them.

I'm becoming concerned about the extent of my mouse usage with Finale, particularly with a family history of wrist problems.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience of using a graphics tablet with the program? Does it work well, better, worse than with a mouse? Any suggestions of what to look for or avoid?
