Choosing "Replace All" here did not affect the creation of the second
"Finale" package.  Replacing FinaleScript.dat merely overwrites the current
FinaleScripts, and would remove any new custom ones you had created.

Similarly, if you hadn't checked "Replace All," it would have also given the
options to overwrite "instruments.txt" and "pagesizes.txt," both of which
can be modified.  Writing over them would erase all customization, hence the
option.

But yes, deleting the old application package is fine... and it has nothing
to do with the selection of "Replace All."
