The fact that the "from" on the email says "Randy Stokes" does not mean it came from Randy Stokes. More than likely, especially in the case of viruses/worms, the sending program is "spoofing" the from-address with one of the other addresses in the infected machines mailbox.
Most likely you and Randy have a common contact with an infected machine.
