I'm not sure. There is, however, a "Show All" command in the application menu of every application (i.e., the menu immediately to the left of the Apple menu that is the same as the name of the currently running application). It doesn't have a keyboard shortcut, but you could program a universal QuicKey/iKey for "Show All."

You can also command-tab through open applications, which show up in the Dock, and you release the keys when you get to Finale, and it reopens.
