You have to be a little more specific. In what way do you want to change the
page size? There are two places where you can do this in Finale, one for the
printer (the normal page size dialog) and one for the layout page, which is
separate. If you just need to change the printer place it may even do this
automatically. I you actually need to change the layout page (and therefore
the layout) you can do the basics in FinaleScript, but you will probably
have to do some adjustments manually. You could also look at Robert's page
mover plugin, it may do what you want.

Perhaps you just want to use the large page sizes to print booklets? In that
case you don't have to change anything, just use FinaleScript to print your
booklets. There are other ways, too if you are on an older version of
Finale.
