Lots. In fact, you should do so immediately. Fin2k4 for Mac only became usable with the b update. The c update fixes EPS, along with some smaller issues. You will only need to download the c update, it includes the b update as well. You gain speed, stability and functionality (the File Maintenance was redesigned in Fin2k4b).
