[Finale] ghostscript?

Well, the time has finally come that I absolutely have to make a PDF 
from a Finale file (Sibelius too, but my question's  the same for 
both). I know there's been a lot of talk RE Ghostscript on this list, 
but I've hitherto ignored it. I went to the relevant site and confess 
to some  dismay: am I really going to have to invent command lines 
just to make these file conversions? Any tips? Any better Mac 
freeware out there that does the same thing?
