[Finale] 2K4 batch processor?

Doesn't 2K4 have some kind of built-in batch processing capacity? 
Where is it, and how do I use it?

Also, a while back someone recommended a good OSX macro program to 
take the place of QuicKeys. Could I get the name of that again?
