[Finale] scaling systems

Is there no way in FinMac 2K4 to scale the system spacing on a page? I 
am really, really, *really* missing the JW Space Systems plug-in, for 
wh. no OSX version exists. I had hoped that Patterson Page Mover would 
do the trick, but it won't.

Could someone **please** design a plug in that will do in FinMac 2K4 
what Jari's plug-in does so very nicely in earlier versions? Pretty 
please?

I'm looking at literally hours of detailed layout work here that just 
shouldn't be necessary!
