[Finale] Arpeggio guitar - Human Playback

I create with wizard setup a part for guitar. With Human Playback On 
(standard with strum plucked string chord on),  the chord play arrpegiate, 
very nice.
I create a empty staff (default document), I set guitar to instrument, Human
Playback on, make a chord but Finale not play arrpeggio.Which is the tip?

Finale 2004, winXP.
