I put my subscription on hold while I did some vacation, and now see that Finale 2005 is available. Did anyone get a promotional upgrade offer? I started to just do the order online when I saw that there was a box to enter a code.

What's the price? The pre-orders were $89.95US. We didn't get a code, that was what all pre-orders were charged. If it's still that cheap, you won't likely need a code.
