If I were you, assuming you are in the U.S., I'd place my order by phone, since MakeMusic! pays for the call. Then you can explain to the order taker that you were on vacation, and even if the offer has technically expired, the order taker might give you the promo price anyway.
If you're not in the U.S., or your phone is tied up because you use dial up, you can try the same thing with an order by email.
