You are a good person, and I can tell that you want to help.
However, in my experience, some clients are just too dumb and stubborn, and it would be a crime to let them keep their money. In fact it is your Obligation to charge Way Extra for such ridiculous, nonsensical chord symbols.
I remember sitting in on some Pops concerts where the featured Jazz Artist spent 15 minutes trying to teach the oboes how to Swing. It was priceless, and a rare opportunity to see actual Hubris at work.
Anybody who would write such a chord symbol is ripe for fleecing in my opinion.
My advice is to not put your name on the copywork, lest the ignorance of the client be construed as your own.

I am sincerely trying to avoid just taking her money, although I am not above such things. She's a singer, like me, and it's possible that her experience with paper is minimal. I will communicate with her more and make a better attempt at understanding what she is trying to represent. Maybe I can help.
