By the way, isn't the "workaround" discussed here exactly what the TG tremolo tool does? We all used to do it the slow way until Tobias automated the process for us.
Well, that's what I thought, too, but I was told that this was different, and when I tried it it was indeed. Instead of two beamed half notes, I got two whole notes with unconnected beams.
However, I didn't have time to test this any further, so if TGTools does this I would like to know. If not, it may be an easy addition for a future version.
