Naw -- I mean, not enough to worry about. And those symbols are too confusing for players unused to seeing them, especially in the limited rehearsal time I have.
The arrowhead system always seems to me to only imply inflections added to the semitone steps. Then again, this might be what you want!
Yeah, it's close enough -- so long as people are playing "something between a B and a B flat," thats good enough for my purposes.
