If you try the test above, and use as "+19." as your horizontal co-ordinate instead of "-19", and scale the page view to 10 percent, then the block appears far off to the right, about 10 inches off the paper.
This technique of scaling the view way down will not work if the block is to the left, or above the page, or is too far off the page to be seen on the screen, as there is the representation of the paper cannot be shifted to the right, or down, nor off the screen.
