RE the issue of rescoring for the rental market: When I saw _Fiddler on the Roof_ in its original production, there were several sizes of electric balalaika in the pit! What do people do with it now?
How interesting! When we did it, there were no such books, and we certainly didn't miss them. Can't remember any other details, though. I assume that Local 802 provided what was needed, but chances would be few and far between here in the provinces.
