I routinely do this, though with another type of printer. From the
"settings" button on the print dialog, change the printer orientation
from landscape to portrait, and select the "2-up" radio button. I use
this method, too, for printing booklets, but then it is necessary to
input the page order in the "page ranges" bar at the bottom of the page.
