Finale should have better support for Macro applications. I suggest a special menu called the "Macro Menu" which can be toggled on/off as an option. The macro menu would be a way of navigating to any part of the program from one menu/submenu selection.
For example ... at present, opening a specific document option is a two operation process ... select document options and then select the specific option section you want. In the macro menu, the document options selection would spawn a submenu of all the various options - you could get to any of them with a single, simple menu selection. A few years ago I suggested that a Tools menu be added for this specific reason, things have moved on now and even document options have sub sections, for example ... Options > Document Options ... Repeats ... Repeat Endings ... this should be reachable via ONE menu operation ...
