Thank you, that is very informative. I will definitely keep that in mind.
Also, forgive me if you already know this, when you are running 'top', you need to ignore inactive portion. They are addressed alright, but they are not occupied.
I did not know that. You were right on to point that out to me. I ran Terminal for the first time when Karen mentioned it a few posts ago.
