Try Theodore Presser, Handlo Music, Laurendale Associates, Dantalian, Andantino, GIA Publications, etc. A search using "independent music publisher" will bring loads more information to you. Many independents do not place their music with big catalogue companies like Pepper, but many of them still allow purchase order and credit accounts, even for individuals.
