Here's an example of one new (too pricey for your budget new, by the looks of it, and somewhat heavy in melamine, but the cardboard or plastic ones might do the trick.)

I didn't find any reference to corrugated plastic ones, but I know they exist, probably not made by Humes and Berg, I would venture.

Is there a standard name for those things? I looked all over eBay and the usual online music supply stores and found nothing. I tried a whole variety of keywords, but none of them turned up the those floor-standing, low-profile jazz band stands.
