It's a minor point, but whenever I get one of those "if you break the seal" CD envelopes, I always just unstick the bottom of the envelope so that I haven't agreed to anything. Also, I like the seals, probably a by product of collecting things. You can usually do this in such as way that you could reseal it and only forensics would be able to tell it had been opened.
