Every standard text font includes the "�" character. On Mac, you type it with cmd-o. On PC, it will be one of those hideous alt-XXXX characters -- I'm sure the PC users on the list can tell you which one.

However, since you asked, while it's not necessary to use a custom font to get the "�" character, I do in fact use a custom chord font -- Bill Duncan's ChordSuf, which I highly recommend:
