Christopher & all, I apologize for my lack of research and bad memory when I posted the message stating that TGTools requires the Engraver font for harmonics and harp pedals. That was totally wrong.
The TGTools plug-in I was thinking of is Lassier Vibrer, which adds little tie-ends after noteheads indicating that they should sustain. This notation is used a lot in mallet percussion and string pizzicato. This plug-in explicitly requires the Engraver font, because there is apparently no other font family that contains noteheead-with-tie-end characters.
