Or, the emergence of an existing problem in the codebase, but now on a different platform. It seems there is something wrong with the widgets Finale uses for page navigation, and my assumption is that MakeMusic does not maintain completely independent codebases for components like that (there may be a layer that is OS-specific, but it would be very complicated to maintain two completely different versions of those widgets). I use widgets of this kind and size that do the same thing in lots of other applications, and never have this kind of problem with them, so it's not a problem inherent to my mousing capability -- it's something about Finale's implementation. -- David W.
